Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Social Integration: Seamlessly integrate Social elements of the firm’s pages with client to enhance page engagement and marketing effectiveness.
- Presentation Delivery: Develop and deliver impactful presentations that clearly communicate ideas and strategies , ensuring alignment with their marketing objectives.
- Creative Solutions: Provide innovative solutions to help internal stakeholder and clients achieve their communication goals, leveraging deep insights into industry trends and client needs.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and editorial team to ensure that Social briefs are effectively ideated and translated into timely and compelling presentations.
- Proactive Pitches: Create and present proactive pitches tailored to various sectors, considering their spending patterns and annual activity cycles.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and utilize yearly calendars of special days and events to inform and inspire creative ideation for Social campaigns and strategies.
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the Editorial, product a team to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of campaigns, overseeing the execution to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations. Analytics :Derive insights from YouTube Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, and other social platforms, and measure impact on engagement and revenue
Qualifications:
• Skills: Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, and presentation skills. Ability to develop creative solutions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaboration: Experience working with sales teams and coordinating cross-functional teams, including tech and creative departments.
• Analytical Abilities: Proficient in analysing market trends, client needs, and sector-specific dynamics to inform pitch strategies and campaign development.
